Kenneth A. Nelson, CPA – Partner
Ken joined MMNT in 2018. For several years, he practiced on his own as a CPA. Now he is looking forward to retirement, but his clients still remain a priority. Bringing his years of knowledge and experience with him to MMNT, he is a valuable asset to our firm and we enjoy having Ken as part of our team until he is ready to retire. This transitional time allows us (and his clients) to get acquainted.
Outside of the office, Ken is an avid classic car and Corvette enthusiast, having owned several Corvettes over the years. He is a member of the Connecticut Military Corvette Club and the No Rules Corvette Club. Recently, Ken worked for the Barrett Jackson Classic Car Auction, at the Mohegan Sun Casino.
Ken is a veteran of the US Army and the Connecticut Army National Guard. He is very active in Connecticut veteran’s causes. He has also enjoyed thirty years as a member of the First Company Governor’s Horse Guards, having served as an active member and now as a retired member on the staff.
A 1969 graduate from Southern New Hampshire University. Ken earned his CPA License in 1980. He is a member of Connecticut Society of CPAs (CTCPA).
