Donna M. Baker, PAFM – Firm Administrator
Donna joined the firm in 2008 as our office manager, and in 2017 was promoted to Firm Administrator. As the office manager, she was the gatekeeper for most of our incoming and outgoing information, scheduling and greeting clients, and maintaining an organized, efficient office. Over the years, she has worked with our partners and staff to acquire basic accounting knowledge and understanding of how the firm operates. As Firm Administrator, she works side by side with the partners, alleviating their administrative functions, while allowing her to continue to develop a deeper understanding of managing the firm as well as assisting with the day-to-day operations of the firm and building management for 160 Chapel Road Associates, LLC.
As part of our marketing team and our non-profit organization, MMNT Foundation Inc., she helps to organize and promote events, marketing and client events, staff and partner meetings and company outings throughout the year. She helps to maintain our social media group pages and website content.
In 1998, she received her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of New Hampshire Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics (formerly known as the Whittemore School of Business and Economics). In May of 2010, she received her Certificate in Accounting from Manchester Community College.
Donna is a notary public, a member of the CPA Firm Management Association, and an active participant in the Technology Committee and Firm Administrator Group with the Connecticut Society of CPAs (CTCPA). In September 2022, she received her Association-designation Public Accounting Firm Manager (PAFM) by the CPA Firm Management Association.
