History
Our firm, under its original name of Montovani & Murray LLC, was founded in 1979 by Robert Montovani and James Murray in Glastonbury. The firm has seen a number of changes over the years and with the addition of Philip Nemphos and Matthew Tierinni, Montovani, Murray, Nemphos and Tierinni, LLC was formed. In 2010, Robert Montovani and James Murray retired from day to day activities of the firm, but continue on with us as consultants.

We pride ourselves on our ability to have successful relationships with our clients. We enjoy providing the personal touch to business owners. By educating them on financial options, we help them to make decisions to grow their businesses.

Individual Clients
While we may only speak to or hear from our individual clients once a year, we make efforts to keep in contact throughout the year by providing newsletters and updates on important tax information. Answering tax questions or personal financial questions, we are here to help at anytime of the year.
We offer tax service for individuals, estates and trusts.
Meet Our Team
Our staff currently consists of seven Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and two QuickBooks ProAdvisors. We come from a variety of backgrounds with diverse experience, interests, and abilities.
