Phil is MMNT's audit, valuation, and technology partner.  As audit and valuation partner, Phil handles the quality control over the firm's attest engagements, including audits, reviews, compilations and valuations.  He has a wide range of experience developed from nearly 20 years experience assisting clients in a variety of industries.  As technology partner, Phil keeps MMNT on the cutting edge of technology which allows us to provide our clients with the best possible service.

Phil graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  He joined the firm in 1993 and was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 1995.
