As the office manager, Donna is the gate keeper for most incoming and outgoing information. With
an extensive background in customer service, she is responsible for
handling client traffic and the majority of our appointment scheduling,
while maintaining an organized efficient office environment. She brings to our firm a variety of background knowledge and business and office skills. In
order to serve our clients better, she has worked with our partners and
staff to acquire basic accounting knowledge to help answer frequently
asked questions.
Donna
is also responsible for organizing, marketing and running our annual
golf tournament, scheduling offsite meetings and company outings. She
assists with the day to day operations of the firm and building
management, as well as helping to maintain our social media group pages
and website content.
Donna joined our firm in January of 2008. Donna resides in Moodus with her sister Laura.
Education:
Donna
graduated from the University of New Hampshire's Whittemore School of
Business and Economics in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality
Management. In May of 2010, she received her Certificate in Accounting
from Manchester Community College.
