Yong has over 15 years experience, including his work in industry at a publicly-traded, Fortune 100 manufacturer.  Yong is an audit manager at the firm, with primary responsibility for assurance and advisory services to employee benefit plans, distributors, manufacturers, not-for-profit organizations and retailers.  Yong's advisory services include consulting on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, acquisitions and divestitures. 

Yong graduated from Oberlin College in 1992.   He was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 1997 and joined MMNT  in 2011. 

Yong resides in Longmeadow, Massachusetts.
